
The 2018 Auckland Graduation Ceremonies will be held 17-19 April 2018 at the Bruce Mason Centre (BMC), Takapuna.
All Academic and Professional staff are invited to attend the graduation ceremonies and participate in the processions. A strong staff presence helps to ensure the success of these events and your participation is appreciated.
In order to facilitate on-stage seating arrangements, please complete the web-based application form by noon Thursday 12 April 2018.
In order to facilitate audience seating, please complete the web-based application form by noon Tuesday 03 April 2018.

All staff sitting on stage must maintain a high standard of dress, and must wear academic regalia. Casual attire (ie jeans, sneakers, jandals, etc) are not appropriate. Academic regalia can be hired from Graduate Women North Shore (GWNS). Please download the application form below and send it to GWNS at the email address supplied on the application form. The closing date for orders has been extended to 30 March 2018. Please note a late fee of $30 per order will be applied to any order placed after this date.

Please ensure you order your regalia before this date. Payment instructions are at the bottom of the order form. If your department meets the cost of your regalia, please see your Financial Administrator. Academic Dress Hire website: www.albanyacademicdress.org.nz
The processions will leave from The Commons, (McKenzie Precinct – 21 Hurstmere Road, Takapuna), and proceed to the Bruce Mason Centre via Hurstmere Road.

In the case of rain, the procession will be cancelled.
Cancellation notices will be displayed on the Massey University Website home page. A notification will also be sent out by Twitter (@MasseyUni). Parade cancellation information is also on the printed Graduation Checklist. If the procession is cancelled due to bad weather an announcement will be made on the Massey University homepage at approximately the following times:
Ceremonies 1, 3 and 5: 8.00am
Ceremonies 2, 4 and 6: 12.00noon
Reporting times to Bruce Mason Centre if the parade is cancelled:
Ceremonies 1, 3 and 5: 10.00am
Ceremonies 2, 4 and 6: 2.00pm
Please complete the On-stage Seating Registration Form by noon, Thursday 12 April 2018.
Note: If you want to request a ticket to sit with the audience as a Massey Staff Member, you will need to complete a separate 'Audience seating staff ticket request'.
