Graduation checklist
- Completed graduation application either online or paper application sent to Student Management
- Applied for gown hire
- Checked the date and time of your ceremony and public procession details
- Read the details about robes, hirage, pick-up and return
- Arranged your transport, parking and accommodation
- Made arrangement for your photograhps and/or graduation DVD
- Booked a restaurant for your celebration lunch or dinner
- Received your graduation handbook and tickets (you should get these around two weeks prior to the graduation ceremony)

Please be seated in the Regent Theatre 15 minutes before the ceremony commences.
Make arrangements for family and friends to look after your wallet, handbag, camera until after the ceremony.

If you have any concerns regarding graduation please ring 0800 MASSEY (0800 627 739) for assistance. On graduation day a helpdesk is located in the Regent foyer one hour prior to each ceremony to assist with graduation enquiries and seating requests.
