Staff information
All academic, research and senior administrative staff are invited to attend the graduation ceremonies and participate in the processions. A strong staff presence helps to ensure the success of these events and your participation is appreciated. Lecturers have the authority to cancel their classes if they wish to attend. Stage seating is limited to a maximum of 60-70 staff (excluding official two front rows). In order to facilitate seating arrangements and ensure you secure a seat on the stage, please send your expression of interest to wgtnevents@massey.ac.nz Please email us by the 30th April.Stage seating requests will NOT be accepted after this date.
Gown Hire
Gowns can be hired from Academic Dress Hire , a charitable trust run by the Graduate Women Manawatu Charitable Trust inc. You can complete an online hire form on their website. The Gown Room will NOT accept orders for gowns after 15 April. Please ensure you order your academic regalia before this date. Orders cannot be accepted during the two weeks prior to Graduation.
