What hours are you open?
Normal Opening Hours
Monday - Thursday 6am - 10pm
Friday 6am - 9pm
Saturday 9am - 5pm
Sunday 9am - 5pm

Can I get a fitness programme?
Fitness programmes are available by booking in a suitable time and are all-inclusive in the membership fees.
What equipment do you have?
Our cardio-theatre has lifefitness treadmills, crosstrainers, steppers, upright and recumbent bicycles and concept II rowers. Our weights section boasts fitness works and lifefitness cable machines, hammer strength free weights as well as a large free weight lifting area.
Do you have aerobic classes?
We have exercise classes that comprise of resistance training and cardio vascular fitness as well as stretching and dance. Come on in and grab an aerobics timetable.
Can my friends/family join?
Yes!! We have price structures for students, community members and senior citizens.
