Yoga is a great way to gently introduce physical activity to your life. As well as reducing stress, it can help alleviate discomfort related to lack of flexibility or repetitive movement.

Physical activity contributes to stress reduction, improves the ability to sleep, memory and concentration.

Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses. Also sometimes called "Vinyasa Flow Yoga," this type of practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures.


$5 per session or $40 for 10 sessions.

Payment for classes can be made online or at the reception desk.
