Hatha Yoga is an ancient philosophy of body, mind and spirit, which creates health and well-being by strengthening and relaxing the body while concentrating the mind.
Ruth has teaching certificates from the Scottish Yoga Association and the International Yoga Teacher’s Association (NZ branch) and has been teaching for 36 years. Her style of Yoga combines classic postures with up-to-date movement and breathing techniques and concentrates on safety and stress relief.
