Designed by Nathan Helberg, Aussie fitness guru and human movement expert, ZUU is high intensity interval training using primal moves – push, pull, bend, twist, squat, lunge and locomotion in a unique 40 minute workout.
ZUU is suitable for those returning to exercise or new to exercise right through to elite athletes. If you're looking for a motivating, exhilarating training session, that will get your body moving correctly by increasing mobility, then this workout is for you. Our qualified trainers will offer options to ensure each participant gets the most out of their workout.
Let your wild side loose in this high intensity interval training class - primal movements such as squats, lunges, bear crawls, cobras, polar bears, snakes, iguanas, ghekos, half and reverse hindus, kick sits, joeys and many more.
Please note: As with all of our programmes, if you have an existing medical condition or have recently had surgery, we will require medical clearance before you can begin your training. If you are new or returning to exercise after a break, it is highly recommended that you seek medical clearance before commencing.
