ZUU

Designed by Nathan Helberg, Aussie fitness guru and human movement expert, ZUU is high intensity interval training using primal moves – push, pull, bend, twist, squat, lunge and locomotion in a unique 40 minute workout.

ZUU is suitable for those returning to exercise or new to exercise right through to elite athletes. If you're looking for a motivating, exhilarating training session, that will get your body moving correctly by increasing mobility, then this workout is for you. Our qualified trainers will offer options to ensure each participant gets the most out of their workout.

What to expect in a ZUU class

Let your wild side loose in this high intensity interval training class - primal movements such as squats, lunges, bear crawls, cobras, polar bears, snakes, iguanas, ghekos, half and reverse hindus, kick sits, joeys and many more.

Please note: As with all of our programmes, if you have an existing medical condition or have recently had surgery, we will require medical clearance before you can begin your training.

Cost

Members, students, staff and Massey associates:
$5 single session | $40 for 10 concessions

Everyone else: $12 single session | $80 for 10 concessions 

Payment for classes can be made online or at the reception desk.

Location

Sessions take place on the Massey Sports Fields in fine weather or Activity Centre in wet weather.

Intermediate to Advanced: Mondays & Fridays 5.45pm 

Beginners: Mondays & Fridays at 6.30pm
