Work out to some good tunes with like-minded people.

We run a morning, lunchtime, and afternoon class each weekday. Be in and out of the gym in a fun 30 minutes including a warm up and cool down.

Do something different each time you come to the gym, and get a comprehensive full body cardio and strength workout by the end of each week.

  • Legs: Squat, lunge, deadlift and much more on our leg day, which will help strengthen and tone your lower body.
  • Low Impact Cardio: Get a good sweat on with exercises that are easy on the joints but good for the heart, while also serving as a recovery day from Monday's leg workout.
  • Core: Improve the stability and strength of your midsection with a workout that will also help you get your summer body ready for the beach.
  • Arms + Upper Body: Give your upper body some tender loving care with a workout that will help your posture and confidence. 
  • High Intensity Cardio: Challenge yourself to our hardest but most rewarding workout of the week, combining resistance and cardio exercises that will get you set for a well-deserved weekend.
