We were all beginners once, and we know there is a lot to learn. We have developed a program to make that process more enjoyable and fulfilling, for people starting right at the beginning.
Over 12 sessions, we will introduce you to a range of movements and principles of exercise, which build on each other over time.
At the end, we hope you are comfortable with these fundamental movements:
Each of the twelve training sessions are done with one of our staff, working at your pace. Sometimes we might put you in a small group with others who are working at your same level, which is a great way to meet some new people.
This isn't all chalkboards and diagrams, you will be working out while you learn. Make sure you come dressed appropriately, are hydrated, and have some fuel on board.
