We offer a range of innovative and helpful workshops throughout the Semester which will assist all students to manage the challenges of university and academic life more effectively.
Interested in improving your academic performance? This programme, consisting of 5 weekly sessions, uses the latest mindfulness techniques to help students lower their stress levels, sharpen their minds and improve their grades. Mindfulness is an attention training practice which research has shown to improve concentration and enhance wellbeing.
It is FREE for all Massey students and staff. You can access more information here.
The Mindfulness for Academic Success workshops are only available on the Manawatu Campus, PALMERSTON NORTH.
Participants attend five workshops in total, each running from 10.30 am until 12.00 noon on the following Thursdays:

Join this Mindfulness course specifically aimed at helping Vet students and staff:
This workshop is being offered specifically to Vet students and staff and is a 5-session workshop. Please aim to attend all 5 sessions.
Dates: Wednesdays August 17th. and 24th. and September 14th., 21st. and 28th. from 12.30 pm until 1.45 pm.
It is FREE for all Massey VET and Veterinary Technology students and IVABS staff.
