"Staying on track" events

Towards the end of the semester, as we settle down to exams and review the work we have covered, many students wonder, "what next?"
Once a year - in October and November - a team made up of Academic Managers, Student Liaison Advisers, and Career Consultants visits centres around New Zealand to host "Staying on track" events. Current and prospective students can drop in to explore their next academic and career steps. Career consultants will offer career guidance, while the Student Liaison Advisers will be able to assist you to translate this into appropriate academic study, and college representatives will be able to help with the detailed degree structuring.

Studying extramurally is a big commitment that usually involves juggling family, work, and the rest of your life demands so it is essential that you have some ideas about where you are heading at each step along the way.

Come along for assistance in:

  • planning your study
  • exploring career opportunities with your degree
  • assistance with the selection of papers
  • confirmation that you are on track to complete your qualification
  • clarification of degree or major regulations
  • exploration of possible postgraduate study options
  • obtaining assistance with any other queries you may have.

No need to book. For more information e-mail contact@massey.ac.nz
