Lunches are a constant problem for me when travelling. I need constant carbohydrate as well as GF. A solution that works really well for me is to take my slices of GF bread with me into the restaurant. Usually restaurants have lots of yummy GF things to go with the bread but no bread. I have been prepared some excellent lunches that include my bread by many restaurants. Some have not done so well.
These restaurants have been reported as having gluten-free meals. Phone the restaurant to see if their menu suits you.
