The purpose of this session is to establish a collaborative teaching and research project on Problem-Based Learning. Researchers, teachers and graduate assistants from UNCW and New Hanover County Schools will work with researchers, teachers and graduate assistants in Massy University, New Zealand and area schools to share their science curriculum. The team hopes to identify a few common curricular areas at the end of the meeting that teachers from two countries can use to develop problem-based learning lessons.

Please note that the session will be open at 3:30pm on Oct. 18 (US time) or 8:30 am Oct. 19 (NZ time). However, the meeting begins at 4:00 pm (US time) or 9:00 am (NZ time).
