At the top of page 391 we state that using the HIW prior(tau*I, delta) the mariginal prior mode for each variance term is tau(delta+1).  This marginal mode is in fact tau/(delta+2).  Thanks to Jean-Michel Marin and Sophie Donnet for pointing this out.
