Expertise I am currently managing a DFID-ESRC funded project examining salary discrepancies within aid organisations, and the impact of these discrepancies on development workers’ performance. I am also undertaking a PhD in this area, focusing on how salary differences affect identity at work, and the impact of this on the success of capacity building initiatives.
Cultural Knowledge Cambodia, India
Professional Interests I/O psychology and poverty alleviation. This including the social marketing of aid, and methods for improving the effectiveness of NGOs, both internally (within the organisation) and externally (in terms of effective use of donor funds).
