Format, Submission and Best Paper Awards
A. Manuscript Format and Submission:
Step
1 Manuscript Preparation - Your
manuscript must be prepared according to the guidelines specified in this Template in pdf or MS Word. A sample manuscript in pdf is also here for your reference. The length of a
paper is limited up to six (6) pages.
Step 2 Manuscript PDF Formatting - To meet the IEEE PDF
standard, you must use the following free web service to convert your paper in
MS word into the required PDF format. Please register first (registration is
free) under the conference ID: m2vip08x
http://216.228.1.34/PDFeXpress/log.asp
The PDF of the paper will then be emailed back to you
within a few hours.
Step 3 Manuscript Submission - To submit paper, you will need to create an account at http://edas.info
first, if you are a new user of EDAS and follow the instructions there to
upload your manuscript in IEEE PDF format (created in Step 2).
Please make
it sure your paper is submitted to M2
Please also
record the paper ID assigned to you by EDAS for future conference registration
and correspondence with the conference organizer (Dr Tom Moir,
via email T.J.Moir@Massey.ac.nz).
B. Best Paper Awards:
The
following Best Papers will be selected by a combination of reviewers’
scores and session chair’s recommendation. The certificate will be
presented at the conference banquet.
