| We welcome contributions from all areas of the mathematical,
statistical, computational and information sciences from past
and present Massey University IIMS-academic staff and graduate
students or conferences organized by Massey University IIMS-academic
staff. As there is no reviewing process, the author is the
only person responsible for the content, correctness and form
of the article. However, the editors have the right to reject
a paper if the content and format is not suitable for publishing.
Paper submissions will not be extensively re-formatted. They
should therefore follow the strict guidelines for writing
the manuscripts.

All submissions should be sent electronically to one of the
editors, preferably in Latex format. No hard-copy submissions
