Working life in NZ is in transition, reflecting recent and imminent regulatory, policy and workplace changes. The Massey University People, Organisation, Work and Employment Research (MPOWER) Group, Massey University Business School, and the Centre for Labour, Employment and Work (CLEW) at Victoria University of Wellington bring you this symposium in which academic, government and industry representatives will discuss research and developments in our working life, with specific reference to gender equity, fair pay agreements/collective agreements and the Living Wage.
With panel discussion, networking and Q&A sessions, audience engagement and discussion is encouraged, with a view to considering the nature of the future NZ workplace.
All welcome; no entry fee. Q&A sessions; Morning Tea and lunch included. For more details, https://www.massey.ac.nz/massey/learning/colleges/college-business/research/mpower/events.cfm
