Love it or loathe it, lockdown has certainly shown us how we deal with uncertainty and the unexpected. Mindfulness is a great approach for managing stress and enjoying life more in our uncertain year ahead.

Course times are: 1-2.30 pm, Wednesdays 3, 10, 17 and 24 June.

1 Record personal progress with mindfulness and meditation

2 Use a range of skills and guided exercises to practise meditation
