MHAW Relaxation for Mind and Body

It’s Mental Health Awareness week from 27 September to 1 October 2021! Over the week Massey will be hosting events to promote the week, raise awareness and encourage kōrero about enhancing our well-being.

‘This years theme is ‘take time to kōrero’, it’s all about connecting with the people in our lives and creating space for conversations about mental health and wellbeing. Whether it’s checking in with a mate, having a kōrero over some kai or saying hello to a stranger, a little chat can go a long way’ – Mental Health Foundation

Combat your hump day stress with this guided muscle relaxation session. Learn progressive muscle relaxation techniques to relax your body followed by a mindfulness exercise to relax your mind.
