Massey University has renewed its memorandum of understanding with Hebei University of Technology.

Last week Deputy Vice-Chancellor Operations Stuart Morriss and international relations advisor Grace Liu visited Hebei in Tianjin, China. The renewal of the agreement between the two universities seeks to expand the areas of collaboration involving teaching, research, and student and staff exchanges.

The relationship has already produced successful projects including the Massey/Hebei  3+1 Joint College Bachelor of Internet of Things and Bachelor of Information Sciences programme launched in 2015.

The collaboration with Hebei is a key strategic international partnership. It is Massey University’s first “joint college” programme with a Chinese partner university and has been officially endorsed by the Chinese Ministry of Education.
