Food and nutritional security at global summit

Distinguished Professor Paul Moughan with authors of the four regional reports and International Academy Partnership president Volker ter Meulen

Distinguished Professor Paul Moughan has spoken to science chiefs and leading scientists from G20 countries about an upcoming food and nutritional security report.

Speaking at the Science 20 (S20) conference in Argentina in July, Professor Paul Moughan made his plenary address about a soon-to-be released report of which he was the lead author, Food and Nutritional Security and Agriculture in the Asia/Pacific.

The report, from the International Academy Partnership (IAP), captures the deliberations of an Asia/Pacific Working Group comprising nominees from the Science academies of Asia and the Pacific. The work has been funded by the Federal Democratic Republic of Germany, through its Science Academy, Leopoldina.
