All students can now apply online.

Selected entry programme forms

When you apply for selected entry programmes you may need to upload additional selected entry forms. You can download these forms in advance so you can have them ready for when you apply. They will also be available when you apply.

Additional forms for all students

While you are applying online and studying at Massey you may also need to complete some of the following administrative forms:

• fee appeal and fee payment forms
• sponsorship form
• additional assistance in exams form
• registration form for disability service
• agent authorisation form (domestic students only)
• authority to live with a designated caregiver in New Zealand (international students only)
• principal or academic advisor's recommendation
