William Milverton Scholarship

These scholarships are supported by a donation from the William Milverton Trust. William Milverton was a Palmerston North businessman and farmer who died in 1950. In 1925, he gifted land to the city to create Milverton Park.

This is an undergraduate or postgraduate scholarship. You will want to or be studying an undergraduate degree, or be in your first year of a postgraduate qualification, with a focus on agriculture. Your courses will have these prefixes: 112, 117, 119, 189, 283, 284 or 285.

When choosing our recipient, we will consider your academic achievements and other scholarships or bursaries you hold. Preference may be given to students who have completed all or part of the practical work requirements for their undergraduate degree. This scholarship may not be granted each and every year.
