This scholarship is funded from an endowment to Massey Agricultural College by Thomas Nimmo Baxter in 1933, an Auckland barrister and solicitor, in memory of his wife Catherine Baxter (nee Stuart) who died in 1930. It has been supplemented by funds provided by the organising committee of the Massey University Dairy Farmer Conference held in Taranaki in 1989.

Eligibility criteria

You must:

  • be studying full-time
  • be an enrolled Massey University student
  • be studying in a specific subject area.

  • a statement on how receiving this scholarship would be of benefit to you and your study, and how you believe you meet the intentions of this award, with particular reference to the relevance of your study to dairy science
