In 2015 The Massey University Foundation created the Enabling Excellence Fund. This fund was established specifically so that Massey University staff could make financial gifts to support students in financial hardship. This bursary supports students who suffer general hardship or unforeseen changes in their financial circumstances during the course of their postgraduate programme of study.
What you'll be studying
This is a postgraduate bursary. You will be enrolled full time at any of Massey's campuses, or by distance in a Postgraduate Diploma or Master's Degree. Doctoral candidates are not eligible for this award.
Application checklist
Include the following with your application:
- a personal statement outlining your current financial situation and need for this bursary. Please include details on what the bursary would be used for if you are successful
- a character reference from someone who can speak to your personal situation
Selection considerations
When choosing our recipient we will look for genuine financial hardship, a record of academic success to date, and good character.
