This scholarship was established under the terms of the will of Ella Grace Elgar and is named for her husband, who farmed at Fernside near Featherston.

We're looking for someone who is domiciled in New Zealand and preferably from the Wairarapa area.

What you'll be studying

This is a postgraduate scholarship. You will be studying a postgraduate degree or diploma related to agriculture of horticulture. Your courses should mainly have prefixes of: 111, 112, 117, 119, 138, 171, 188, 189, 238, 239, 283, or 285
