The Centenary History of New Zealand and the First World War Heritage Scholarship

The Centenary History Project (CHP) of New Zealand and the First World War is a partnership between Massey University, the New Zealand Defence Force and the Ministry for Culture and Heritage. It aims to produce definitive histories of New Zealand experiences during one of the deadliest conflicts in world history.

We're looking for a postgraduate students researching a topic related to New Zealand’s involvement in and experiences of the First World War.

This is a postgraduate scholarship. You will be studying a masters or doctoral degree.

When choosing our recipient, we will consider your academic achievements and the relevance of the research project

Eligibility

You must:

  • be studying full-time
  • be a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident
  • be studying a specific programme
