Research Expertise

Research Interests

My research interests focus primarily on consumer perspectives within air transport and tourism. Most of my work utilises qualitative or mixed-methods approaches to understand what is driving people to think and behave the way they do in particular markets. I also work with similar approaches to study the impact of innovations, new technologies, and regulatory regimes upon consumers and practitioners.
