Dr Nilufar Baghaei is a Senior Lecturer in Computer Science and the Director of Games and Extended Reality Lab at Massey UniversityHer research interests are Game-based Learning, XR, AI in Education and Persuasive Technology (h-index: 18, citations: 1080+). Nilufar is an Associate Editor of ijHCS, Virtual Reality, Frontiers in VR, Digital Health and is on the Editorial Board of Games for Health and Smart Learning Environments. Before joining Massey, she held multiple leadership positions at ITP sector, and prior to that, she was a researcher at CSIRO, Australia. She received her PhD from the University of Canterbury in 2008.
