Dr Friederike Tegge

I joined Massey University in 2016 after completing a PhD in Applied Linguistics at Victoria University of Wellington. My research interests lie in the areas of vocabulary learning, classroom-based teaching methodology and TESOL. Currently, I am exploring the use and usefulness of pop songs in language teaching, applying differnt quantitative and qualitative research methods. I have taught English for Academic Purposes (EAP) and German in different setting and coutnries, including the USA and Germany.
