I lecture on the topics of human factors, aeronautics and air transport management. In the past I have worked as an aircraft mechanic and a consultant within the aviation industry. I currently consult on behalf of the School of Aviation for Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) operators who require assistance in preparing compliance materials. My research interests are in the areas of tourism and air transport management, with a particular focus on consumer perspectives.

Research Interests

My research interests are in the areas of tourism and air transport management, with a particular focus on consumer perspectives. Topics that I have worked on or are currently working include airline brand choice, airport brand associations and innovation in tourism. I am in the process of completing a PhD by publication, focussing on applying marketing and branding concepts to aviation.
