Kate is a lecturer in the School of Management (Palmerston North). She is a member of the Healthy Work Group, which is a multidisciplinary team of researchers from Massey interested in psychosocial factors in workplace health and safety. Her PhD research explored interventions in workplace bullying in the healthcare sector. Kate is teaching on the first year BBS core.
