Dr Gonzalo Martinez Hermosilla

School of Food and Advanced Technology

I am Research Officer at the School of Engineering and Advanced Technology, Massey University, New Zealand. My research area is focused on mathematical modelling of processes. Currently working on optimisation of packaging designs based on finite element analysis models as member of the Centre for Postharvest and Refrigeration Research (@CPostharRefR). I have received PhD degree in Bioprocess Engineering from Massey University, New Zealand and Bachelor degree of Engineering Science majoring in Agricultural Engineering from University of Concepcion, Chile.
