Te Pūtahi-a-Toi – School of Māori Knowledge provides an academic focus for Māori cultural, educational, social and economic development. We seek to retain and develop New Zealand's heritage and contribute to the advancement of Indigenous peoples.
The school contributes a range of Māori language, development, culture, health and education courses to programmes in areas such as arts, nursing, social work and education.
The te reo courses teach you more than just words and sentence structure. It’s more than just learning the language. It is about actively living the language in everyday life in a fun, safe and comfortable Māori environment.
