I studied nursing at Massey University in Wellington.

I am from California, USA.

I have always been passionate about travelling, meeting new people and thought going abroad to study my bachelor's degree would be a great opportunity for me. I started looking at different universities around New Zealand and was quite impressed with the Bachelor of Nursing programme offered at Massey.

The nursing programme has been exciting, challenging and rewarding, allowing me to gain knowledge, skills and attitudes I can use throughout my career. One of the best parts of the programme is the friends I have made.

It has been great to be surrounded by caring people that encourage each other, especially for exams and assignments. I really would recommend others coming to Massey to study, as I have found it to be a supportive environment with passionate and qualified lecturers. The international staff has always been extremely helpful, especially when I had questions about my visa or tuition.

Living in New Zealand has changed my life, it has given me wonderful opportunities to take in other cultures, meet new people and be surrounded by beautiful nature.

This experience has allowed me to become open-minded, introducing me to new ideas and new ways of living. Wellington is an awesome multi-cultural capital with fun events and things to do at any time!
