Jessica Nowak on beach in New Zealand eating icecream PhD Food Technology
From Germany

"I visited New Zealand in 2011 for the first time and that’s when I decided to make it my home.

I always wanted to do my PhD and I love the outdoors- so what better place is there than New Zealand? I chose Massey University for my PhD-studies in Food Technology because of its great reputation nationally and internationally.

Getting started at Massey was super easy from the very beginning- staff and teachers are helpful and experienced, nothing was ever too difficult or complicated.

I found the support by my supervisors and colleagues exceptional- it is great to know that you can rely on them. The international office organises trips around New Zealand regularly- a great way to experience and see the Kiwi way of life.

I can highly recommend making your way across the ditch to study at a superb university."
