*Student Registration: Official documents must be sent to the secretariat by e-mail or fax to have benefit of student status.  It must be accompanied by a letter signed by the head of the relevant university department or by the student’s supervisor and stamped with official stamp. If not possible to present the document above, please provide a copy of your student ID.

 ** Goods and services tax (GST) is a tax on most goods and services in New Zealand, most imported goods, and certain imported services. GST is added to the price of taxable goods and services at a rate of 15%.

  • The registration fees include: entrance to all conference sessions, conference handbook, lunches, tea/coffee breaks and welcome reception
  • The conference dinner is an additional cost, tickets can be purchased on the Social Functions page of the online registration form.
  • Early registration ends 4 December  2015. To qualify for early registration you must register and pay by this date.


Cancellation Policy

Please note your registration is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email.

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat

Cancellations received on or before 20 November 2015 will receive a full refund less a $100 NZD administration fee .

Cancellations received after 20 November 2015 and any conference "no shows” on the day will receive no refund.
