A strong foundational understanding of a reporting entity's obligations under the AML/CFT Act is essential in today’s market. Non-compliance is bad business – it can result in significant penalties and regulatory action.
A lack of understanding of the Act and obligations can also lead to firms undertaking high compliance costs. This course will develop your confidence and give you the tools and knowledge to comply effectively with the AML/CFT Act within the scope of your own business.

The micro-credit requires 50 hours of allocated learning time to complete. You have six months in which to complete the programme.
