GlucoTrig study

The GlucoTrig study investigates how different foods can affect people’s risk of heart disease and diabetes.

About the GlucoTrig study

Elevated insulin and triglycerides from poor food choices are known to increase the risk of cardiovascular disease (CVD) and type 2 diabetes (T2D).

This study aims to evaluate how well the GlucoTrig index demonstrates the effect of meals on insulin and triglycerides, helping consumers choose healthier foods.
