Pacific Research Talanoa: Wednesday, 2 September | 9.30am – 4.30pm: The Centre – Waiora
The Pacific Research and Policy Centre (PRPC) will be hosting a Pacific Research Talanoa on the 2nd of September at the Manawatu campus. The aim is to get researchers at Massey to collaborate and discuss synergies that may lead to developing new projects. During the talanoa sessions we will be identifying the key research issues in the specified fields for  the next 10-15 years. The day will include a panel of speakers from government departments (e.g. MFAT, MPIA, Ministry of Health, MOE and MSD) have also been invited to speak on how we can make research relevant for policy and decision making - and how research is to be translated into policy that will be beneficial within their Ministry.
