123.208 Chemical Analysis (15 credits)
Current methods of chemical analysis used by analytical chemists are introduced. Principles of data handling and error analysis are discussed. Analysis of real problems from areas such as materials chemistry, biological chemistry and environmental chemistry is emphasized. Experience with modern instrumentation in the laboratory is gained through the practical component.
