  • 4 Critically analyse how different views of knowledge, including cultural, cognitive, ethical and philosophical, influence the design of knowledge management systems and organisational structure and processes.
  • 5 Describe how information systems, including apps and knowledge management concepts, can be utilised by individuals to enhance individual and organisational effectiveness.
