158.780 Information Technology Project Part 1 (15 credits)
An in-depth study of Information Technology research, exploring both research methods and project execution. This course provides a practical approach to the principles and practices of academic research, and incorporates a full execution of the preliminary parts of a project life cycle, including the proposal, literature review, methodology and pilot study.
Note(s): Students must have a supervisor before enrolling in this course. Contact the Information Technology staff to arrange a supervisor, then complete this form with the required approvals prior to enrolment.
Note: You may enrol in a postgraduate course (that is a 700-, 800- or 900-level course) if you meet the prerequisites for that course and have been admitted to a qualification which lists the course in its schedule.
- Previous level-300 study in Information Technology or a related area.
