Thesis Title
Unthought or a Contribution to Leadership Scholarship from a Chinese Perspective – Based on François Jullien’s work

Research Description
How can Taoism contribute to business leadership? Rooted in a dialectical and holistic approach to reality, Taoism was the foundation of ancient Chinese science, philosophy, and political science. Many successful Chinese organisations today claim to operate under Taoism. My research aims to discover how various features of Taoism can contribute to contemporary leadership theory and practice.

Personal Description
I am from China. I chose Massey University because I think this university is pro-active, growing and innovating; it also employ some good academics. After I finish my studies, I'd love to teach and lecture about leadership; as well as train, coach and develop leaders.
