My Print Center provides a web interface for uploading and viewing ready for release print jobs, including printing history. My Print Center can be accessed via the following portals:
Your print balance is displayed in the bottom left hand corner of My Print Center. Staff will see a negative balance which is charged back to your department. Student will see a positive balance showing your remaining funds. Log into http://smsportal.massey.ac.nz to add funds to your print budget online, or visit your campus Library.
Note: GST is deducted from the amount added to your account.
Upload or send your document via email to MobilePrint, tick the box next to the print job to be changed, then select your print options at the bottom of the My Print Center window.
Settings that can be changed:
Log into the My Print Center portal for your campus, click upload - a list of supported file types will be displayed, select your file then your print options.
Log into the My Print Center portal for your campus, tick the box next to the print job to be deleted, then select delete.
If a print job fails to be printed via My Print Center, you will be given a free print job so you can retry.
Note: This feature only applies to the My Print Center service and not Pharos Web Release. If you are charged for a print job and it fails, please Contact ITS for assistance.

ITS has tested the MobilePrint service using a range of devices and email apps running on Android, iOS and Windows Phone - however due to the number of phones and apps available we have not been able to test all.
