If you can't log into Pharos Web Release to register a new email address - swipe your ID card at the nearest FollowMe printer or log in via the touch panel using your Massey credentials. MobilePrint will be activated on your account and you'll now be able to log into Pharos Web Release and register an email address.

No. There are multiple FollowMe queues per campus, so every staff member or student is linked to a FollowMe queue based on their campus location. If you are at the Manawatu campus, and you send a MobilePrint job to one of the Albany MobilePrint email addresses, you would not be able to collect the print job — as the Albany email address can only distribute printing to Albany FollowMe printers.
It is normal to experience time delays between sending a print request and it showing up on the print station. You can expect a wait of up to several minutes before you receive a email confirmation notifying you your documents are ready for printing.
Note: If the email service is unavailable, your print requests will not be processed by MobilePrint. If your print request is not showing on the print station, or on the MobilePrint website for your campus after a few minutes — please Contact ITS
MobilePrint is the ability to print from any email-enabled device to any FollowMe printing Fuji Xerox device on the same campus.
Yes. If an email is sent with an attachment to the MobilePrint email address, both the attachment and the email will be processed.
