The following WiFi networks could be displayed on your device when on campus. Choose the appropriate network, then follow the on-screen instructions to connect.
Massey WiFi networks are available 24/7, however, support is only available during standard business hours.
You will need a private email address to login. This is an open, public network.
There is limited support available for this network and the ITS Service Desk will be unable to assist you with connecting to this network.
Choose this network if you are visiting from another institution participating in the eduroam service.
You will need a Student ID (e.g. '06123456') and password to login. You will have access to the internet and Massey network.
There are two options for staff. You will need a staff usercode (e.g. 'neperson') and password to login. You will have access to the internet and Massey network.
Choose this network for Massey-owned equipment registered on the Massey network. Registered equipment usually have IT numbers (e.g. IT012345).
Choose this network for unregistered or private equipment.
Note: Massey WiFi networks do not support roaming; if you walk out of one hotspot and into another, your connection will drop during the transition.
