RML Automated Lecture Capture Details form

Use this form to provide the required details so the Stream Team can schedule to record and/or webcast your paper, programme or event in a timely manner.  if you need this with in 5 working days, please follow it up with a phone call!

If you do not see the room you require listed above then you have not been booked into a RML enabled space. If your event is in more than one room then you will need to complete this form separately for each RML enabled space.

Do you require Public access to your event's Webcasts/Recordings?

I.e. The default is to restrict access to only those with valid Massey University User Credentials (i.e. Log in is required).

 Do you want Live Streaming (Default configuration)?

The default setting is to Webcast live all recordings. NB: as there is no public catalog available, only those that you release the link to will have access to the live feed.

If "NO" was selected above, please can you briefly tell us why you do not require Live Webcast capability?
