McHardy Hall

McHardy is the oldest hall on the Manawatū campus, so it has plenty of old school charm and character. The large spacious bedrooms provide a generous living space and comfortable study environment. The hall is at the end of Refectory Road, near the Oval, which is the perfect place for a picnic or game of touch rugby. The hall is an alcohol-free zone.

  • Spacious, single occupancy rooms, with shared bathrooms (bathroom to resident ratio 1:4), for 46 residents.
  • Suitable for students aged 17 to 23 years.
  • Fully furnished. Residents can bring their own towels and bedding or purchase a bed-pack.
  • Common room with kitchenette.
  • Less than a two minute walk to the Colombo Road bus stop, Concourse and Student Central.
