Seating and tickets

Tickets will be available on your student portal for generation approximately 3 to 4 weeks prior to your ceremony. You will be notified once your tickets are ready to be downloaded.

It is essential that you bring your numbered 'Graduand ticket' when you line up in the Level 2 Conference Rooms of the Bruce Mason Centre. You will be assembled in the order your award(s) is/are to be presented. Note: you do not require a specific seat and row number, as the Graduation Officers will seat you in order, as you enter the rows.

Your guests should proceed directly to the Bruce Mason Centre and present their tickets to an usher in the foyer, and be seated, no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony is due to start.

Please ensure that all cellphones are turned off before entering the Bruce Mason Centre Theatre

Please Note: Do not bring handbags, satchels, cameras, hand-held wallets, or any other small items to your seats. Leave such items with your guests (as you will not be returning to your original seat at the venue).

Lost tickets

For lost seat tickets or ticket problems, report to the Help Desk in the main foyer of the auditorium at least an hour before the ceremony, or call 0800 MASSEY (0800 627739) as soon as possible.
